Best thing
Local staff are great. At the actual hotel i work for, i feel that despite Aimbridge's harsh practices we still find ways to make the work day flow smoothly.
Worst thing
Management is a revolving door that is shipped in twice a year from California. They flounder trying to adopt city practices to a small oil town and get pouty when it doesnt work out, only to either quit or be ousted for a scandal and replaced again. We're on our third or fourth Regional Director since i started, i can't keep track anymore.
