Jersey Mike's is looking for an Assistant Manager!
Our concept is simple. We provide our customers with the freshest, highest quality sub sandwiches available, prepared right in front of them and served with energy and enthusiasm. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the operation of the restaurant, with a major focus on leading and developing a team of employees in effectively performing their daily tasks while maintaining high standards for food, service, and health and safety. The incumbent also assists with ensuring proper product preparation, inventory control, personnel management and sales and marketing efforts.
