Our Network Office team supports those Advisors and provides the critical systems & resources needed for them to achieve their entrepreneurial dream.


The Insurance Sales Associate provides all aspects of sales and administrative support to Financial Representatives, ensuring they're focused on revenue generating activities. Ongoing support to continue to build their business will also be provided.


Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage the Financial Representative CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Run reporting, illustrations, policy changes, & other service requests.
  • Manage client communications & electronic signatures through DocuSign.


New Business Support

  • Pre-fill client applications & coordinate completion of Medical History Questionnaires.
  • Submit applications & corresponding documents to the corporate Home Office.
  • Track application status to ensure all deadlines & outstanding requirements are completed.
  • Send in required supplemental documents to the corporate Underwriting Team.
  • Schedule client medical exams & coordinate with servicing Financial Representative.
  • Coordinate with Financial Representatives to help usher the Client through the Underwriting process, including HIPPA requests.
  • Track underwriting status to ensure all deadlines & outstanding requirements are completed.
  • Ensure cases are Commission Authorized in a timely manner.


Other Duties

  • Submit case prep/planning work requests to the Financial Planning team.
  • Coordinate with the Financial Planning Associate to ensure all closing meeting materials are prepared in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate opening of Investment Accounts in NetX360 with the Investment Operations team.
  • Serve as the back-up to our Client Relationship Center.


Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in Sales Support/Financial Services.
  • Life, Accident & Health Licensed (or completed within 90 days of hire).
  • Must be quality focused, detail oriented and able to prioritize requests to meet shifting deadlines.
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
