Job DescriptionPosition Summary
A valued contributor to our respectful and rewarding work culture, the Security Guard is responsible for performing licensed security guarding duties to ensure the safety and security of assigned client location, its visitors, guests, residents and their property. By exhibiting vigilance and tactfulness in following company protocol, the Security Guard is perceptive at identifying situational risk within assigned areas and prompt in communicating events to Site Supervisor/ Manager on duty.
In alignment with fellow security staff and Operations' teams, the Security Guard fosters best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols, committing to the integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an excellent client experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- The Security Guard is responsible for performing licensed security guarding duties to ensure the safety and security of the assigned client location, its visitors, guests, residents and their property.
- By exhibiting vigilance and tactfulness in following company protocol, the Security Guard is perceptive at identifying situational risk within assigned areas and prompt in communicating events to Site Supervisor/ Manager on duty.
- The Security Guard works in conjunction with Supervisor staff and Operations teams to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols.
- Tour Property and complete reports.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid and current Class D License
- At least one (1) year of security guarding experience
- HS Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Additional certifications a plus
