Caffe Nero, The Italian Coffee Company, has arrived growing in Boston.

We now have 13 cafes successfully opened in and around Boston and we have more to come in the next 12 months.

Store/General Manager

To build and retain a great team which embodies Caffè Nero's culture by providing excellent customer service and the best standards of coffee and food at all times.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years restaurant/cafe management experience as a Store/General Manager.
  • Passionate about hiring, training, developing, and leading great teams.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to manage and resolve conflict.
  • Effective management and leadership skills.
  • Presents self professionally and exudes high level of integrity.
  • Ability to effectively implement and lead initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute store operations, including handling various issues in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task on day to day responsibilities, prioritizing effectively and planning in order to meet store goals.
  • Proficiency using various computer systems.
