    The people we serve are military members. District Managers are always willing to help. Reasonable price for Health insurance. Retirement savings options. Flexible schedule.

    Unrealistic expectations. Commission structure is the worst in wireless yet the Higher ups keep telling you its the best. No loyalty towards employees. Highest Turnover in any job Ive ever had. No raises regardless of your performance. No room for growth. Manager bonus is a slap in the face. If you hityour goals you are penalized the next month by increasing your goal making it difficult to bonus, but if you dont hit goal they keep goals as is.

    I love that it's a set schedule that never changes, and you can take off of work whenever as long as you give a few days notice. The co-workers and managers are really nice and understanding
