Our Retail Store Managers are encouraged to take pride in the business as if it was their own. We are looking for people that have fantastic sales and customer service skills. The Retail Store Manager is encouraged to drive the business by connecting with the community through events and partnering with businesses to supply their employees with the shoes they need. Our teams are also encouraged to better their communities by lifting local charities to help those in need.

What you will do:
  • Supervise the store sales team to achieve sales, customer service and profitability metrics.
  • Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
  • Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
  • Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards, run discounts, etc.
  • Help re-stock the sales floor.
  • Keep things neat and clean in the store.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training the store sales team.
  • Maintain staffing levels and write/oversee store schedules to best meet the needs of the business, including a manager on at all times.
  • Leading, develop, and coach the store sales team.
  • Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
  • Prepare deposits and take them to the bank.
  • Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

What you need:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
  • Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
  • Excellent Customer service and sales skills
  • Possess a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to build and lead store sales team to make positive impacts on the business.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
  • Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.
