Job Overview

This is a great opportunity that will give you responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts, delivering a unique customer experience, assisting sales representatives and multiple internal departments, and potentially handling projects simultaneously while also keeping up with clients' day-to-day processes.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
  • Keying and verifying sales orders- Retail and Food Service
  • Answer telephone calls, direct calls to the appropriate contact, or assist with incoming sales calls.
  • Greet Customers and handle inquiries/ order pickups as needed.
  • Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments, including purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs.
  • Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.

Things you need to be able to do:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Things that are a plus:
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • 2-3 years of customer service or sales support experience.
