  • Best thing

It's a customer service job without dealing with customers in person.

    Worst thing

Unorganized, unprofessional, and poor management. No employee morale. Understaffed. Working alone for either half or whole shift so you can't take a break or hardly even use the restroom. No one is held accountable for being an absolute detriment to the team. And the manager would rather make employees work OT til they end up in the hospital, than cover a shift himself. When he does cover a shift, he's there 2 hours max.
