Management overworks the lowest paid employees. They mandate both days of the weekend nearly every weekend, all year, often with 2 day notice so parents struggle to find daycare. Upper managers are never present on the weekends while we help them make profits. This company is the definition of a money hungry, top-down, disconnected workplace I’ve ever been at. STAY AWAY if you care about having family time or frankly a life outside of work.
