Getting hours. Zaxbys cuts people early every shift, however you don’t know what time you leave until after you have arrived. The scheduling on our app doesn’t reflect what you’ll actually be working. We have little to no support for people who need accommodations. Workers often don’t have enough money by the pay period because of getting no hours. There is no set training at this Zaxbys and most things have to just be figured out yourself. This can cause many errors to be made.

The only thing I like about my job at this point in time is the fact that it takes me less than 5 minutes to drive to work.

1. The coworkers. They don't work together to achieve a common goal. Instead, they are counterproductive with other coworkers unless you're a part of thier clique.
2. The management. They don't manage the staff that they are over. They let their subordinates make threats to other people. And they don't enforce other company policies.

Some of the customers and my coworkers can be really kind at times and you get 1 free shift meal per shift.

The extra work you don’t get paid enough to do, the amount of training they give you is not nearly enough, they fire the good managers every few months, and some customers get violent and they don’t do anything.
