Have to do too much at one time or more than one position at almost all times because they never have enough people. The people that they do have aren't willing to do the job right so the person that cares is left with all the side work and management won't tell them to do it and only encourages them to be more lazy.

Community is great if you work with people who are excited to serve good food to good people. The work itself is not bad once you get used to it.

Management tends to be horrible, overly strict about speed of service, sales, and cleanliness. You don't get a break unless you ask for one or if labor is high.

Getting to meet nice people everyday

Having to work late on school nights which leads me to being tired all day at school, worked up all the time taking orders on front counter and being assigned to do curbside orders at the same time, dealing with co workers that have poor attitudes and treat me poorly, and having to restock every thing myself because other co workers talk after the rush is over

There isn’t enough business to give employees the hours they were promised, yet they continue to bring on new people and cut hours more. You come into a shift having to clean up behind other coworkers that left you with most of the work, your breaks are extended because of labor costs and your management does not care about the issues you face.
