Complaints. Unfortunately people aren't going to be 100% satisfied all the time whether they be your coworkers or your customers. But I do my best to provide a good service to my customer and to be a good employee for my employer.

I hate when I try my best following the rules til my manager says I didn’t do it right if I’m very concentrated on the policies. I hate when getting informed at the last minute of policies being changed and we’re not notified at all when it takes effect immediately. I don’t like how my manager doesn’t give us breaks everyday it’s mostly we get a break like once a week.

Managers are overly emotional and abuse their power. They turn a blind eye for people they like. Managers target people they don’t like. Sexism in the work place, homophobia in the work place, fat shaming in the work place, Racism in the work place, forced religious beliefs in the workplace, inappropriate degrading conversations while customers are around.
