Wendy's job reviews
-
Best thing
Being able to talk to managers about problems with other managers and getting taken off their schedules and not having to be around them, probably the best part of the job. They listen if i like a position or dont like a position and theyll work around it but of course there are times where you gotta bite the bullet and do the job you hate even if its for a day or just a few minutes.
Worst thing
If you have a problem with a coworker they're pretty likely to just give them a little talking to about "not doing that stuff" but as far as actual punishments or anything as long as they're doing the job they are being paid for they aren't gonna do anything about it.

Best thing
Some of my coworkers. The ones who make my shifts bearable.
Worst thing
The new rules management is trying to implement. Like “Lock Down” 2 hours twice a day where you are not allowed to leave your station for any reason. If you ask to go to the bathroom it is a huge problem and if you do not fight for yourself you will be made to wait until it is over. For some this made them wait over 2 hours to go to the bathroom.
