    My boss micromanages everything I do, the sales tactics are aggressive, I’m always told I will make mistakes and never be good enough in my role, my boss constantly talks down to me when I’m not meeting sales goals.

    There is no support if customers come in with fraudulent checks. Many people get fired because Wells Fargo doesn’t protect its employees from check fraud. Even though we have a phone number we call to verify checks, that department gives us the wrong information and we get fired for it if the check comes back fraud

    I enjoy my job but mostly I love management and my coworkers. That makes all the difference.

    Training is essential however there is never enough time to be properly trained …it has a negative effect on me being able to supply all the needs of my customers. I also believe we are strongly underpaid. We have the most risk and make the least of all banking positions.

    Being berated by customers for 8 hours a day, having, fast mental health decline, desk job, couldn't really get up and stretch because you had to be ready for the next call which could have been immediately after the previous call or you were stuck at your desk waiting for an hour for a call to come in.
