Best thing
Weekly pay
Worst thing
Sometimes rude customers. Retail and grocery jobs tend to be chaotic sometimes. The Deli isn’t very clean or organized usually.

Best thing
The company can't retain people due to terrible pay so it's pretty good job security.
Worst thing
Lack of respect for young workers, pay and benefits are bad, I see people in jobs with less responsibility with better pay

Best thing
Talking to people
Worst thing
The pay, menial raise of $0.25 after a year. Being cross-trained and no raise when doing a lot of work. No sick leave. 10 minute breaks, no paid vacation time, they give some of us part-timers at least 40 hour work weeks when we’re not supposed to and don’t give us full time pay or benefits if they give us full time. It’s difficult to work around a schedule they give us to plan for anything.
