  Sometimes rude customers. Retail and grocery jobs tend to be chaotic sometimes. The Deli isn’t very clean or organized usually.

  The pay, menial raise of $0.25 after a year. Being cross-trained and no raise when doing a lot of work. No sick leave. 10 minute breaks, no paid vacation time, they give some of us part-timers at least 40 hour work weeks when we’re not supposed to and don’t give us full time pay or benefits if they give us full time. It’s difficult to work around a schedule they give us to plan for anything.

  Can get away with murder because there's basically nobody to replace you if you leave.

  Everything. Too much stress. Making me do the work of multiple people when multiple people call off, not having enough people in my department capable of doing the job. Having to cut overtime when I stay late to finish the jobs of other people when they call off. No paid bonuses. Only in sick day a year. Keep expanding the work load without expanding pay. Only upnto a three percent yearly raise. They don't pay a living wage. None of the management knows what they're doing at all but they pretend like they do.
