The people I work with, setting my own plan for the day and networking with great brands.
Worst thing
Not a lot of communication from higher ups on what is going on with the company, no consistency in terms of how things operate (constantly reformatting the way we do things), constant delivery issues making our job to sell/resell to customers much harder, constant massive price hikes which cause customers to freak out and stop ordering altogether vs reasonable increases to build lasting relationships that grow with each business.
