What are manufacturing machine operators saying about pay at Waste Management?

Best thing
I do enjoy thr work, I like to follow procedure and this position gives that opportunity.
Worst thing
the management needs to be MUCH better and the way they go about addressing mechanical issues, customer confrontation and backing there team when a decision is made, instead of siding entirely with the customer. Just because they are a paying customer does not give them the right to be rude and nasty.
