  At my job, my managers, mainly coaches, at best, suck at communicating, they barely talk to you when you try to talk to them. At worst, they'd ignore you and interrupt you when you try to bring something up, and they boss around whoever would be able to understand them. In a rhetorical way, it's a mystery why they had to keep looking more people to fill in those spots, and for a bunch of coaches, they sure aren't helpful.

  Work environment and everyone being mean to you if you're not in their little cliques, being taken advantage of constantly especially if you're nice. There's also those customers that will order something and then claim it's not what they ordered and cuss you out and get you in trouble over it.

  Produce is a lot of hard work and dedication but some of your team associates don’t understand that. If I puke, I still go to work because that’s what a responsible trustworthy employee does. Basically I’m the only one working really hard.

  Very Independent, you're assigned departments whenever you get there and all you do is stock freight, get two 15 min paid breaks and a hour lunch you get a 10% discount on most items in the store and have PTO and some called ppto which can be used if sick
