  No consistency, little to no training, my safety,being targeted by higher ups for asking questions, talked down to and sexually harassed, no promotion, they are always changing things one week you will be talked to for doing something you were told to do and it’s wrong the a few weeks later they say we need to be doing something that they told you was wrong. Communicate, pay rate, caring about employees and how dangerous are jobs are. They never give you answers even though they say they want to in prove. There safty police’s terrible equipment. They require steal toes and don’t reimbursement I would change everything there is a lot of favoritism and promotions are none existent if your not buddy buddy with the boss and especially if you’re a working mother.
