Best thing
Love the community among the workers, HR and managers are all respectful and ask if you’d like to help another department rather than tell you too.
Worst thing
Frequently helping other departments due to poor management when it comes to prioritizing, taking swift action, lack of foresight, not following through on operational plans or making unrealistic goals, overworking company hired employees, and subpar communication from management to hourly employees. Multiple times trailers have had to be unloaded due to supervisors not communicating that the wrong one had been loaded.

Best thing
It’s a desk job
Worst thing
Too many team members so there’s hardly enough work in our department and will consistently get moved to another one.
