Being stuck with multiple medical bills being sent to the doctor or losing money because I got injured on the job no time off ever because they threatened the fire you after a while don’t get insurance for a year. The environment that I created in my area. Being able to joke around with my employees while working helps my mental health so much. It also makes the job more bearable.

Upper management just does not care. If we don’t have enough people, they don’t care. Upper management picks and chooses who to hold accountable and who not to. Doing a good job just gets you used and abused. Showing emotion or frustration gets you in trouble. Expressing these frustrations and care fall on deaf ears.
