  The environment that I created in my area. Being able to joke around with my employees while working helps my mental health so much. It also makes the job more bearable.

  Upper management just does not care. If we don’t have enough people, they don’t care. Upper management picks and chooses who to hold accountable and who not to. Doing a good job just gets you used and abused. Showing emotion or frustration gets you in trouble. Expressing these frustrations and care fall on deaf ears.

  The kind friendly atmosphere, support of all employers who were in different rolls. I Was a seasonal support driver and was informed by 8 am of the time and schedule for that day.

  Upper lever mgmt ( Corp Level) are always trying to placate share holders and doing everything they can to spend less but make more unfortunately they are making too much for what they are able to do … should still be a private company owned by employees

  As much overtime as you want if you know the right people and the shifts are usually pretty consistent depending on how important you are to keeping yhe operation together

  Random late nights due to inclement weather late drop offs, too much volume, any large scale deals from major department stores online store ect. Working conditions are tough its usually 90+ degrees no air conditioning. Supervisors are expected to work with any and all employees weather they decide they want to work hard or not.
