I work from home. I have a set schedule, 4- 10 hour shifts, weekends off

Constant stressful change, trying to assist people with boutique policies and having to dig through lengthy documents you can't always find for answers that aren't always there, technology and phone systems that don't work, people in other departments you require assistance from that aren't interested in assisting and live in other countries
