Senior citizens. You might be their only interaction but they rarely demand anything, they just want 2 minutes of your time and leave with a smile.
Worst thing
90% of our customer base are people who are living in the fast lane and have no idea how the world works. You have to pay for a service. If you want the cheapest services your going to get the bare minimum and I can't fix that after the fact when something goes wrong.
