    My super my supervisors are great and understanding. They explain things to you and they talk to you right. They don't yell at you like some of the other ones and unlike the other supervisors a lot of artworkers on our shift. Even the shift before us are good because we have a good supervisor so hence you have good workers

    Worst thing

    Some of the supervisors are idiots. They shouldn't be supervisors but because they know somebody they got moved on up. So since the supervisor sucks, some of the employees suck because you're only as good as your leader and their leader is not good at all

    It’s pretty simple when you know what to do, whether you’re taught or you pick it up as you go. Everyone is nice whether they’re my coworkers, my supervisor, or customers.

    Worst thing

    The hours, can’t really afford much with the two hours my office gets, just adding two more hours to make it a four hour one would not only double my paycheck but making affording basic necessities easier.

    I get to work alone, I get a lot of sick and vacation days, have benefits (even though it's expensive)

    Worst thing

    Working in all elements (rain, snow, tornadoes, hurricanes, extreme heat and cold), don't get paid enough money ( they gutted pur pay, benefits, and pensions), the micromanagement by people who don't know anything about my job.

    It used to be the pay.

    Worst thing

    The pay. I haven’t had a raise of any kind in 2 years. Other carriers doing easier jobs make 30k a year more then me.
