Ulta Beauty job reviews

  • Best thing

The clientele and staff are pretty nice, though most of the managers are wildly ineffective at their job. The benefits are ok and I feel that at least the managers like me decently.

    Worst thing

horribly inconsistent hours, it’s usually 50/50 if anyone is willing to negotiate shifts even if it’s an emergency, there is little to no increase in pay or internal rank, managers have favorites and are overworked by design

  • Best thing

The community we have built with coworkers, making good connections with guests, benefits, and working hourly instead of commission

    Worst thing

Working with the general public aka rude guests, not enough staff on weekends/holidays
