    The bonus structure is a contest. Where its tier, a hand pick your stores will see $300 for the whole year. While Total wine managers annd corporate team get half their salary in bonuses.

    Traditional business model. You have to do the job you want, not the job you have. But you also have to be flawless in your current role.
