Best thing
The teammates that actually care about their work and do what needs to be done as well as the few managers that actually work and don't micromanage people.
Worst thing
The abundant amount of work, which should be a full shifts work, compounded into a 4 hour shift. Irresponsible children taking positions that could be given to people who actually care about their work. Managers who let their ego, sloth and hypocrisy run rampant.

Best thing
Best thing about the job is that they leave you alone as long as you hit your metrics and show up.
Worst thing
The worst thing is having metric expectations while also trying to focus on the customer experience. They've introduced "10-4" but also get frustrated when batches go over because you spend time helping guests. In my opinion, if you are being timed, you should be exempt from being coached on it.

The people that you meet while working at target are the best thing about it and for those who love repeating the same thing
Worst thing
They mirrors manage who they dont like there is no air during the summer it 116 degrees outside and not enough fans to keep everyone cool with a swamp cooler. Ppl have dropped from heat stroke and they make you return to work away from the ac 20mins and give u a ice pack there is no medical team on site 7days a week and they only report injuries for ppl they like

Best thing
The best thing about working in Inbound is being able to do what I know how to do without interruptions. I get my work done and others leave me alone. No micromanaging.
Worst thing
When the main team lead is gone and other teams leads like to get power hungry and micromanage everything everyone does, even if we know what we need to do everyday. They make us do random stuff that slows us down.
