The worst things about working there are dealing with rude customers, having to maintain a positive and professional attitude when working short staff, I am a team trainer, but I work as a manger. I am very much underpaid, and sometimes the drama in the group chat or at work are too much where the customers get to witness some of it.

Underpaid, underappreciated, overworked. Promised a raise/promotion months ago and have received nothing but excuses. Some customers are incredibly rude or selfish, however company policy states we have to comply with everything a customer requests. Essentially, customer is always right. Seems as though my thoughts/concerns to upper management are a joke, as nothing ever comes of them. constant drama, constant stress

The management does not fulfill the contract agreements in a timely manner, and unenforced rules are held over employees if they are in trouble, and parts of the contract have not been edited since January 1st 2001, and those who have to work outside are not given sunscreen or Hazard pay or a panic button or seat, and are expected to work until called back inside, even at times hours after their shift is scheduled to end. Dish duty is expected to be completely finished before employees can go home, even though the dishes are constantly being piled onto the existing workload. Complaints about overworkedness are met with "me too but you don't see me complaining" and "if you don't like it, leave." Shifts are understaffed due to a lack of redundancy and frequent call-outs. Regularly, one service worker is expected to fill three job stations at once with or without help. The work environment is not encouraging, and failures are met with blame rather than constructive feedback. Success and hustle is not rewarded, and the contract is obfuse in order to give a better impression to the new hire, setting them up with expectations of a better workplace than what they'll enter.

Honestly the managers. (Higher ups). Have the time it doesn't feel like they know what they are doing, they just go with the flow and sometimes that doesn't work, and it gets frustrating for us employees.
