At 5th year, you can schedule a full week off. More weeks are added every 5 years worked.
Lots of available overtime.

Fixed Shifts and potential Forced overtime.
1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30-4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM-3:00 AM
3rd Shift: Unknown hours.Hot, Loud, People vary from different locations and personalities in both good and bad ways. Fixed Breaks; 2-3 10 minute breaks every 2-2.5 hours. Lunch break is 30 minutes and the workplace cafeteria is overpriced.
