    I get off at 4 every weekday and have every weekend off. Though if I get promoted, that could go away.

    Worst thing

    Management has no idea how my job actually operates, how tedious the system is, and no one is working on it. I am on my feet 8 hours a day, work harder than those ahead of me, and yet I still am treated only ever like I am behind. If my boss and my boss's boss cared as much about how things worked as they do how things look, then we'd all be doing a lot better. I just hate it.
