The pay is good for an entry level job. The staff works pretty good together.

The building layout needs changed, but a remodel is already planned that will hopefully fix layout issues, plumbing, and electrical. Staffing is a big problem. I'd like to be over staffed, but people quit before we get staffed staffed.
