    You can grow up to being a sales representative eventually. But you have to earn that spot through proof of success. Being a manager is easy to climb up.

    You have fake employees, you have sometimes no working things out together( depends on manager), no more than 1 week vacation, get added work or doing things on your own with little help or 0 help, the schedule will be put up 3 weeks in advance and some managers act like they own the company and will bend over backwards for the company.
