    Some of the best things are definitely making coffee, I genuinely enjoy making coffee. My coworkers were cruel and unreasonable at first but now I have a better manager but mainly due to luck

    Small space where you have to interact with sometimes really awful coworkers, not as safe as it should be, no breaks allowed at all, low pay, favoritism and hierarchical setting
