Best thing
Love the kind Members that get to know me and are sweet. Love my other coworkers that are respectful and kind. Managers are for the most part on our sides when customers complain.
Worst thing
Management don’t communicate well and never praise us. They mostly scold us for not getting enough upgrades and credits or other unnecessary things. Need more flexibility with shifts. Also some customers can be rude.

Best thing
protected paid time off accumulation as well as regular paid time off, free club membership
Worst thing
uneven workload balance, management does nothing about employee complaints. half of the staff does not carry their weight and that falls on those who do. additionally, most of the staff goes out of their way to ignore members, which again falls on those who do help. management does nothing do anything about the dud employees.
