Best thing
The chance to give back, the salvation army ARC , was hands down a life changing , life saving , experience, the program is beneficiary paid, no rule 25, you work for a couple $ a week, but everything is provided, food, clothes, hygiene, treatment, church!! Redemption, God is in that building, but your gonna work for your keep, sense of pride, and you see accomplishments, almost immediately...God is good!!
Worst thing
Cleaning the floor mats and mopping my kitchen floor, and I can't wear shorts any more, and no flip flops! ...slave drivers...just kidding, I was just thinking about how minor any problems at my job are...best job I've ever had, I get paid to do what I love to do, and I have learned so many different things about me and my need to be around people, I enjoy helping people, I've been an addict and an outlaw my entire adult life, and this job has shown me that all I really want to do is love people, I enjoy serving my community and I am proud to call the people that come break bread with us,my friends, my people ...look forward to seeing them!!!
