Coworkers, somewhat flexible scheduling, 40 hours sick pay/year, paid vacation, union minimum 24 hours scheduled per week (16 for courtesy clerks/baggers), union protection from unjustified termination/retaliation/disciplinary action.
Worst thing
Corporate greed, stingy hours, low wages, union contract frequently changing that only affects people who have been with the company for less than 10-15 years, low wages, minimal raises, and everyone wears many hats (does the job of 2-4 people for the pay of one person).
