My coworkers are really the best part. The managerial change helped me like my job a little more too.

Being called to do every job when I’m scheduled at the coffee bar. They will call me to do everything else and help everyone else even when I have customers and will insist until I say yes. I usually have no space to say no. And if I say yes and change my mind cause of how busy the coffee bar gets they persist anyway. I’m pretty sure the managers have no idea how to do out jobs yet tell us how to do them. And even then some people definitely don’t do their jobs correctly.

The thing about Safeway u are just a number to Safeway what makes a difference is the people u work with do they treat u with respect some do and some don't it's a union job if u work with a person that think they can better them selfs u better keep your nose clean there is always someone that is a back saber around some wherethat think it will help them but in the long run it doesnt.
