The thing about Safeway u are just a number to Safeway what makes a difference is the people u work with do they treat u with respect some do and some don't it's a union job if u work with a person that think they can better them selfs u better keep your nose clean there is always someone that is a back saber around some wherethat think it will help them but in the long run it doesnt.

A lot of heavy lifting nothing is less than 20lb.

Upper management, metrics dictate our hours, this job is a sort of 1/2 way career for a lot of people and so they want lots of hours, the budget we are given doesn’t allow any techs to work full time

The stressors that cannot easily be fixed. People that need to be fired dont get fired, and those who dont need to be fired get fired.
