Best thing
Very organized & clean environment. The managers are decent compared to other fast food restaurants. The abundance of crew members makes it easy to get shifts covered. I’ve never been scheduled outside of my availability (when I have it’s been fixed.) I feel that I get paid fairly. Work is fun.
Worst thing
The managers are good at what they do but can be a little disorganized & keep poor communication between each other (they often don’t know who to blame for things so they have targets.)

Best thing
.25 pay raises with 80 hours worked in each zone till all are learned , then .25 raise every 160 hours worked
Worst thing
Hectic , told to do different things by multiple people , not a lot of room to walk around people with how many workers are in there
