Night shift so I can still be a parent and do things with my family.

Points for every call out no matter the reason, have to ask off way in advance takes a year of employment to get paid time off so doesn’t help parents or anyone with issues.

Best thing
The people I work with are the best part. Our regulars make things easier. My manager has worked hard to cultivate an amazing team that, for the most part, works great together.
Worst thing
The pay is hardly enough to cover my student loan payments every month and I can’t save up to move out of my parents house. I often get held over and won’t be paid overtime until I’ve worked over 40 hours, which isn’t bad in fast season (summer) but doesn’t usually work out in slow season (winter).
