  Over worked and no compensation. My paycheck says I get paid for 8 hours a day. I'm mandated to work 10 hours, and rarely get out in less than 12. R&L calls this " The price of leadership ". If I had it to do all over again, I would not make the decision to work for this miserly company.

  My current position allows me to work from home which gives a lot of flexibility on work/life balance. I get proper training and learn new tasks several times per year. The vacation hours and resorts/benefits are nice.
