Best thing
Lots of opportunities for hours
Overtime!
Pay for travel time+mileage
Morning stretches to help with workload
Take breaks whenever you want/need. 15 minutes paid (multiple), 30 minutes unpaid
At my location, managers are understanding and will work with you. If you need to be done by a certain time to get to an appointment, class, kid pickup, etc. They will help you achieve your needs. Be aware this will vary.Worst thing
Potentially long hours (shift is over when you finish the work, can easily get to 10+ hours during summer)
Gas for travel
Heavy lifting
Good chance of getting minor injuries (back pain, leg pain, squished fingers, etc.)Report this reviewMerchandiser at PepsiCo, July 2025
