    The staff I work with and being able to help my community

    Worst thing

    The hours I’m given really conflict with my ability to be a present parent. 12 hour shifts are difficult to do when you need to be able to get kids picked up from school or daycare on time. I have to rely a lot on my family for help getting them as well as it messes with my time available to keep up with household chores including making meals and bath time. There is just never enough time. And that’s only IF I get the amount of hours I should. I get strapped for money way too often…

    The fact that no one is ever held accountable.
    The fact that everyone gets the same percentage raise. The workers that don’t give even 75 percent get the same raise as those who give 110 percent.
