Which is workplace retaliation and wrongful termination and illegal. Instead of just having an ounce of accountability and conflict resolution capabilities.

As an automotive enthusiast, it's a very fun job. You get regulars who will tell you about their projects, and you'll learn a lot.

The pay is garbage, and higher ups will make sure you are paid as little as possible. I had an amazing 6 month review, and not only was I denied for a raise that I was promised; my hours were cut by my DM so he would have a better end-of-year bonus. I'm actively searching for another place to work, and wouldn't recommend this as a full time job for anyone.

You get to meet a variety of people and learn a lot of things about cars and there are some employees that you wish you could take with you if you left

The higher somebody gets up is usually because they made the right friends or your hours can be cut just because labor is down. And sometimes you're paid time off can be refused even though you've given months in advance.
