The O’Reilly Distribution Center where I work at have a live systematic review monitor based on your performance and you can observe your progress (percentage) of how you done throughout the day. The higher the average of your performance annually to your next evaluation is what determines the amount of raise you will get. Other things like skills, leadership, how much you had helped the company can also help you get great assessment when it’s time for that employee evaluation.
