  • Best thing

    Very good for students, great for Specialty programs like NICU/PICU, ALS, CCT, and if you out the time in scheduling shifts is easy.

    Worst thing

    Management and ownership are extremely reactive and no proactive. So never expect things to get fixed properly and ahead of time but when thing go wrong they will quickly fix it at the cheapest possible way and least convenient and nice for the employees. Employees don’t come first.
