Best thing
Working on my own
Worst thing
No pay raises, no communication, rough clients

Best thing
I get to make my hours more or less. I get assigned specialty cases during the hours I set and I have to admin the rest of the non specialty cases.
Worst thing
The paranoia of having a policy holder letting their dogs out on you, harming you. Trespassing and having someone harm you. Constantly driving so you have to worry and be alert about not getting a crash because you can’t afford to fix it.
